Happy St. Patrick's Day and Champagne Saturday! Two for one, you can't beat that.  This is my version of Irish Coffee and it is scrumptious!

4 ounces of Espresso
2 ounces of Irish Whiskey
1 ounce of Irish Cream
1 teaspoon of Brown Sugar
Foamed milk or Whipped Cream

For each serving,  in this order, put in brown sugar, whiskey, Irish Cream, Espresso and then top with foamed milk or Whipped Cream.  I used 2% milk, so the milk combined with the coffee.  If whipped cream is piped on top it will layer and stay separated until the cream warms. Yum!
