Cheeseburger Roll Up

Love Cheeseburgers?   My kids always said if we were having cheeseburgers it must be Tuesday.  That was the busy evening and, for some reason, every activity
that they participated in was scheduled on Tuesday. If anyone can figure that one out, let me know.  Anyway, cheeseburgers are quick, easy and this is just another version of an American favorite. It has all of the condiments and vegetables that we love in a cheeseburger, onions, tomatoes, mustard, mayonnaise, and pickles.
I used my stand by, frozen bread dough, from Bridgford.  Let it thaw and then roll it out to 10" X 13".

Fill it, bake it, make the sauce, and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

1 pound of Lean Ground Beef
1/2 medium Onion, minced
1/2 medium Green Bell Pepper, minced
1 Tablespoon of Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of Seasoned Salt
1/2 cup of Cheese, shredded
1/4 cup of sliced Sun Dried Tomatoes
Oil
1 loaf of frozen Bread Dough, thawed and rolled to 10" X 13"

Place frozen dough on a greased piece of parchment paper that is large enough to accommodate rolling the dough.  Let the dough thaw.  Once the dough has thawed, roll it out and set aside.
Grease a baking pan and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add onion, pepper, and garlic.  Cook for 5 minutes, add ground beef and seasoned salt.  Cook until meat has browned.
Spoon browned beef onto the rolled out bread dough. Top with sun dried tomatoes and cheese.  Fold the ends and sides to cover the filling and seal. Transfer the roll, sealed side down to the prepared baking sheet.  Prick the top of the dough to allow the steam to escape. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bread is browned.  Slice into 8 servings.  Serve with sauce.

Sauce

Equal parts mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup and dill pickle relish.  Mix together.

Enjoy!
