Herbed Baked Chicken


Herbed Baked Chicken
 This is a great way to use Chicken Drumsticks.  For those who are not a fan of Chicken Thighs or Drumsticks, this recipe is for you.

8 Chicken Drumsticks
1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons each of Thyme, Tarragon, Dried Rosemary
1 Tablespoon of McCormick's Baja Lime Marinade
3 Tablespoons of Margarine, melted

Wash and dry chicken drumsticks.  Place in an oven proof  dish.  Sprinkle evenly with seasonings and pour margarine over all.  Refrigerate for an hour.  Bake at 425 degrees about 30 minutes or until done and skin is crispy.  Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
