Easy Flat bread that makes more than sandwiches

This is yummy and very easy. There are two things to this recipe that changes the textures.  The first is how thick that the dough is rolled.  If you roll it out about 1/8th to 1/4th inch thick it will be chewier.  The second thing is what you use to actually cook the bread. I use a  ceramic pizza stone to make the bread crispier but if I use an electric griddle, the bread is chewier.  When I want cracker-like texture, I roll it paper thin and cook it on the ceramic pizza stone.  Experiment and see what you like the best.

3 Cups Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 Eggs, beaten well
1 1/2 cups warm water
Oil

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt  and sugar. Put in a large mixing bowl and make a well.  Into the well, add eggs and mix. Add water and mix thoroughly. Coat with oil and flip the dough over.  (This allows the dough to release from the bowl.)  Divide into 6 dough balls and cover.
Heat oven or electric griddle to 500 degrees.  While heating, roll out dough balls to desired thicknees using more oil, as needed, to keep dough from sticking to the surface.  When the griddle or stone is heated, put the rolled out dough on it.  Once the dough starts to puff up flip and cook the other side.  Each piece takes about 7 minutes to cook, depending on the thickness to which  the dough was rolled.  Cook each piece and try not to eat it all while it is cooking.  Yes, it is that good.
You can use this for roll ups or with cheese or with ground meat patties and yogurt sauce.... You get the picture.  It is versatile, easy and yummy.

Enjoy!
