Fried Corn

This is easy and does not require a lot of effort other than opening a can of corn and stirring.  It is a nice change of pace from the usual ways that corn is served. I use margarine and oils for some recipes, but this is one that needs real butter.

1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Can of Whole kernel Corn, drained
salt to taste

In a small saucepan, melt butter over low to medium heat.  Once melted, stir in brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add corn and continue stirring.  Stir until all of the moisture is absorbed and the butter and sugar is browned and caramelized on the corn.  Add salt to taste and serve.

Very Easy and Delicious!
