Fish with Lemons, Dill and Parsley in a packet

This is very easy. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Divide 1 pound of firm white fish between 4 pieces of
parchement, cut into 12"X12" inches.  Pour Olive Oil over fish and then squeeze a lemon over the pieces. Top with lemon slices. Season the fish with salt and pepper, fresh dill and fresh parsley that has been finely chopped. Fold the packet, in the middle and then on the sides.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes.  Remove from packets and serve.
 Makes you happy all over !
