Blueberry Fizz Punch |
2 cups of Water
1 cup of Sugar
2 cups of frozen Blueberries
1/4 cup of Mint leaves
4 cups of Lemon-Lime Soda ( I used 7-UP) or 1 bottle of Sparkling Wine
Heat the water to boiling. Measure sugar, blueberries, and mint in a large heat proof bowl and pour the hot water over the mixture. Let steep for 10 minutes and then refrigerate to chill, about 2 hours. When ready to serve, pour blueberry mixture into a punch bowl and add soda or sparkling wine.
