Chris' Baked Brats

Chris has provided us with this recipe and photo.  I tried the brats. The recipe is very easy and the flavor is fantastic. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Fresh, Raw Bratwurst
Pilsner Beer

In an oven proof baking dish, place bratwurst and Cover the sausages halfway with a Pilsner-style Beer.  He said that any beer that you like will work.  Bake at 350 degree for 35 -45 minutes or until the tops of the brown.  Flip the sausages and pour enough beer into the pan cover the brats half away, again.  Continue to bake until that side is browned, as well, about 30 minutes.  Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
