Hard Frozen Strawberry Lemonade

Hard Frozen Strawberry Lemonade came to me one hot afternoon. A nice frozen lemonade, in the heat of the day, sounded refreshing. This tastes like a giant, frozen Skittles.
The idea did not start with alcohol but eventually developed into an adult beverage.  This can also be made without alcohol for the non-drinkers and it is just as delicious.

1 can of Frozen Lemonade
2 Lemonade cans of Water
1/2 cup of Ever Clear
1 pound of Frozen Sliced Strawberrys
Crushed Ice
Sugar
Lime wedges
Lemon slices

Pour frozen lemonade, water, and Everclear into a blender. Pulse until mixed.  Add frozen strawberries, a cup at a time.  Blending after addition.  When the blender starts to get too full, pour 1/2 of the mixture into a measuring cup. Continue to add the frozen strawberries, blending after each addition.  Once the mixture is smooth, return the mixture from the measuring cup to the blender.  Pulse to mix evenly, the pour 1/2 of the mixture back into the measuring cup.  Add 1 1/2 quarts of ice to the blender then blend until smooth.  You can freeze the unused portion or blend later with ice. Rim the glasses with a lime wedge and then sugar.  Pour in drink and garnish with a lemon slice.

Enjoy!
