Easy Strawberry Cake

This is so very easy and it does not taste like it came from a CAKE MIX. Bet you were not expecting that!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

1 box of Strawberry Cake Mix, I used Pillsbury but use the brand you like

3 large Eggs, beaten

1/3 cup of Oil

1/4 cup of Water

and the secret

1/2 cup of Strawberry Jam

Drizzle

2 cups of Powdered Sugar

2-3 Tablespoons of milk

Mix together cake mix, eggs oil, water, and jam.  Pour into a greased and floured 13" X 9" cake pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until tester pulls out clean.

While your cake is cooling, sift  powdered sugar in a clean bowl and add milk in small amounts mixing after each addition until drizzle is thin.

While cake is still warm pour drizzle over cake.

Serve warm or cold.
