Baked Butternut Squash with Apple Juice and Brown Sugar

This is very easy and everyone in the family loves it.  Split a butternut squash in half. Remove the seeds and make diagonal cuts deep into the flesh.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Mix 1/4 cup of apple juice with 1/2 cup of brown sugar and spread over the squash.  Dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees and bake until tender about 45 minutes.  Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. This serves 4 to 6.
