Fresh Tomatoes with Basil and Sepay Olive Oil

Yea! My Sepay Olive Oil arrived today. I have been waiting for it because I have one tomato plant in a pot that is still producing tomatoes and a small basil plant that has survived the cold.
 I took the three small tomatoes and sliced them.  Then I chopped some fresh basil over the tomato slices.  I poured about 2 tablespoons of this wonderful olive oil over all of that and sprinkled it all with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. It was so delicious that I did not want to share, but I did.  I hope that you try this.  It is truly delightful.
