Pork Chops with Sauerkraut

I love sauerkraut. I buy the quart size jars and freeze the leftovers. This is a way to have a great cold weather meal without much effort.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1 pound of Breakfast cut Loin Chops
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
1 medium Onion, sliced
2 cups of Sauerkraut
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1/4 cup Red Wine
1 cup of Water
oil

Heat oil in a large oven proof skillet and brown pork chops.  Remove and add onions.  Cook onions until slightly caramelized. Add the rest of the ingredients and top with browned pork chops.  Cook for 30 minutes in oven at 350 degrees.
Let cool for 10 minutes and serve in the pan.
