Frozen Pineapple Paradise, Yum!


This is something that I have been considering for a while.  The direction to take it was the problem.  But today, it was time to just go for it; then adjust the recipe, if needed.  The recipe is just fine :).
Chris thought the amount of Ever Clear was correct, I thought it was a little much.  You may want to start with less and add more.  It is totally up to your tastes.You will need to freeze the pineapple chunks so that adding ice is not necessary.



1 cup of Pineapple Chunks,frozen  in juice
1 12-ounce can of Pineapple Nectar
1 Tablespoon of Grenadine
1/2 cup of Ever Clear
Lemon slice for rim
Sugar for rim

Place frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple nectar, grenadine, and ever clear in a blender.  Blend until smooth. 
Using a lemon slice, coat the rim of a margarita glass with juice.  Rim with sugar.  Divide drink between glasses.
